  2. I can’t remember who referred me to the following, excellent presentation on the junk science regarding animal and vegetable fats. Was it you? It’s long, but is a thorough refutation of the dietary guidelines:

    • It wasn’t me, but might as well have been. I was a member of the Weston A. Price Foundation for many years. I split off for personal and political reasons which is a shame because Fallon-Morrell is refreshingly non-partisan.
